Working with us
How do you charge for your services?
Fees are agreed upfront in an engagement letter. They typically combine a retainer and a success fee linked to the completion of the transaction.
How do you protect confidentiality?
Every discussion is confidential from the first exchange. We use confidentiality agreements with counterparties, controlled data rooms and a strict need-to-know approach.
Can you work with our existing lawyers and accountants?
Yes. We coordinate with your legal, tax, accounting and wealth advisers and keep every workstream on one timetable.
Can you join a transaction that has already started?
Yes. We regularly step in at term sheet or documentation stage to strengthen the structure, the negotiation or the execution.
Transactions
How long does a transaction take?
As an indication: six to twelve months for a company sale, three to six months for a capital raise, and two to four months to execute a refinancing, which should be planned 12 to 18 months before maturity. Complexity, counterparties and due diligence drive the timetable.
Do you advise buyers as well as sellers?
Yes. We act on sell-side and buy-side mandates, as well as on capital raising, refinancing and structuring.
What happens after closing?
We can remain engaged to monitor deferred payments, escrow releases, earn-out calculations and financing obligations.
How do we start?
Send us a short message through the contact page. We will arrange a confidential conversation to understand your objectives and timing.
Have another question?
